Crafted as part of a studio assignment guided by Kurt Hong, the Weave stands as the initial venture into weaving wood, preceding the Woven Wood Torus. This wall installation delves into the possibilities of weaving wood to form a coherent structure. Drawing inspiration from the pliability of fabric, the final design aims to contrast the inherent rigidity of wood, resulting in a visually striking composition.
